Refund policy
We have a 30 - day limited return/ refund policy. You have 30 days after delivery of your order to contact me regarding this policy (exclusions apply - see details below).
All returns/refunds may be subject to:
A restocking fee of up to 25% of the full purchase price for all orders (whichever is greater). Customer is responsible for shipping costs, using the carrier of your choice ( must include tracking and insurance for all orders).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon as soon as it arrives for any damages. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Approved claims for defective/damaged items are not subject to return restocking fees. See our Shipping Policy for additional documentation requirements.
Simply ART by JMichelle is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen orders. If an order is lost or stolen, please contact the postal carrier that shipped the order to provide them with all necessary information before contacting us. This is because we may not be able to provide certain kinds of sensitive personal data to postal carriers when requested on behalf of our customers.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Final SALE items cannot be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If the refund is not approved we will contact you with an explanation for denial.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too ( typically it takes 3-5 business days ). For more info see our Terms of Service.
