Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time, orders ship to the lower 48 states (plus D.C.) only. No APO/FPO/P.O. boxes, or international.

Orders ship via: USPS Priority,  FedEx or UPS ( carrier chosen by Simply ART) and include tracking/insurance.  







Shipping Carriers


The shipping carrier is chosen at the sellers' discretion unless otherwise stated.


Shipping will be via one of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 





Order Processing & Shipping Times




Please note, that order processing times may vary and do NOT include shipping time.


 


Processing times typically take 1-3 business days before the order is shipped.


Shipping times vary based on carrier and typically take up to 1-3 business days via USPS Priority, 2-5 business days via FedEx and 5 - 8 business days via UPS Ground.





A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once an order ships. Please note, that orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during holidays and peak seasons. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you via email as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping time.




Disclaimers & Customer Responsibilities






The customer is responsible for providing complete shipping and billing info. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays and/or orders being returned to sender and reshipped at their expense. Please note postal carriers typically send an alert before a package is returned to sender to request missing info. If you receive an alert that your info is incomplete, make sure to update your info immediately to help avoid additional costs (We cannot guarantee this will prevent additional charges - it's up to the carrier). If you entered the information in error, it is critical you contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reroute your order to the corrected address. Please note, this does not guarantee that we can do so successfully, it is solely up to the postal carrier to determine if there is sufficient time to reroute orders made without complete or correct information.

If you received your order damaged, please Contact Us so that a claim can be made. If the claim is approved, we will authorize a full refund. Please save all receipts, packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please see our Refund Policy for further details and exceptions.
